The Department of Geography at The University of Hong Kong, in collaboration with The Hong Kong Scout Association, will host a series of events themed "Extreme Weather and Sustainable Development" on April 13, 2025 (Sunday) at the Centennial Campus of The University of Hong Kong. This event will combine a meteorological orientation competition, DIY meteorological instrument experience activities, student STEAM exhibitions, and expert forums, aiming to enhance youth awareness of extreme weather and sustainable development in innovative ways, while promoting citizen science and interdisciplinary education for sustainability.
